I think company may look at the Dark mode and Cruise control. We are paying almost same as Ather 450x. Recently I purchase Ritza top model only because I have full faith with the company will provide at lease all feature as 450x have.

New feature required : rizta bike start and stop option required from mobile app or dashboard in case of lock set failures .
Today, my 1-year-old Ather Rizta bike lock set was replaced under warranty by the service center. Yesterday, the lock set stopped working, and I had to tow the vehicle to the service center. Within just one year, the lock set became faulty, which is painful and disturbing for consumers after paying such a high amount.
For comparison, my Activa has been at home for 20 years, and its lock set has never failed. Ather should enable bike start and stop functionality through the mobile app in case of emergencies like a lock set failure. My half day was wasted, and I had to pay extra for towing, which adds unnecessary burden just to get the bike back into running condition.

Activa launched in 2001. Yours is 30 years old. One of these is lying and it’s not Honda.

Could have been a hyperbole, but any bike can have a damaged lockset, last time I checked Honda also uses the same sld lockset that Ather uses.

This is about boot space but in case of lock set failure we can not move vehicle . We cant connect the charger if connect can not unlock .

First he buys a product with a feature it was never sold with and now when the flagship product is getting those so features he wants his rizta to have,
450x gen 4 wasn’t given cruise control, idk on what minds he thinks that Ather will give a family vehicle cruise control 
I can understand dark mode but cruise control for a family vehicle based on athers thinking is not going to come to rizta ig

I know him personally bro, We have been on Group Rides and I explained him everything but He is doing it everywhere on Instagram, Twitter and here Ather Forum.
He can’t force Ather to do something which is not in the Plan bro, Ather 450+ Gen 2 People struggled after Purchase and They were ready to Upgrade to 450x, Thou their RC Book already has 450x on it but Ather refused it till now bro
