If there’s another Vida charging then you get full Grid speeds. But if your Ather is the only one then very slow charging, is what I’ve observed

Are the neighborhood chargers listed in the BTM area accessible to Ather customers who are outsiders, or are they completely private? All the listed chargers deny access with humiliation. Is a neighborhood charger a practical option for Ather customers?

The Ather Neighbourhood Chargers are semi-private chargers and can be accessed by residents of that particular office or apartment complex.

In Software Ather is at first 
position from the bottom position 
even if you create a ticket or anything it will take years or months to get that update. I also requested the feature of Find My Scooter which local EVs already have but premium Ather doesn’t have it now 4 months have passed and they are still giving the update. If I wait for the feature to get in my scooter it will take another 6 months as per their speed I think they don’t have good tech guys who can give good software updates. Their previous Ather Stack was better than Ather Stack 5 only thing they offer is reliability nothing else. That’s the only reason for me to choose Ather otherwise I wouldn’t have chosen Ather but reliability is very good with Ather and the riding experience.

Because Atherites don’t complaint against the company so strongly. Actually their product is so good that most of us are happy with it.
None of us want to go extra mile for something which doesn’t matter so much.
A scooter’s main purpose is to give a good ride and be strong enough and Ather is doing very well there.
Software and everything is secondary.
Like when the belt started breaking everyone was so angry and started complaining. Even those people raised voice who’s belt didn’t broke.

Neighborhood chargers are not meant as public chargers. They are meant for closed group/apartments use.
