Why we need Password Protection for Incognito Mode? Experience Shared by a Customer

Features like Incognito Mode needs a Protective Measure to Activate or else it will be a Headache to the Vehicle Owner itself

@smridhi.kalati please give a option to lock icognito mode or just ability to remove it through app.As a owner I have no issue scooter tracking where am going but i do have a issue when someone else than onwer takes the scooter and disables tracking

Today, a terrible thing happened with me. One of my friend took my scooter from me for some work and somehow he found the feature called incognito mode. He used it and turned it on for six hours. I was not having any clue because enable this feature you can’t track your scooter location, although my friend was mischiefing with me, he has switch off his phone. I was worried, but I think this is the terrible feature I have experienced today the Ather team must give some solution for this. You can operate from application. I think this is the serious incident and the developer team must look at it very seriously. Thank you.

Can we also have something to lock the other mods to eco only or ride mode only I wanna keep it safe

One of the main reason I have opted Ather connect subscription is to find scooter location. I considered it as a cheap feature against possible vehicle theft, costing only less than ₹50 per month. Now only I understood I am wrong!

Wow Ather chooses not to respond to requests which actually are important.

Forget a friend taking the bike, if a child is taking it and we want to trak the location and they turn it off then what’s the point of this feature (tracking) I mean.

I am sure Ather has capable software guys who can easily implement the password protect feature.
