Introducing Eight70 Warranty

Hey folks!

We at Ather have always been committed to providing you with the best-in-class experience where longevity meets reliability.

That’s why we are introducing our new Eight70 battery warranty plan, which offers not only an 8-year/80,000 km (whichever is first) warranty for your battery but also a one-of-a-kind minimum 70% Battery Health assurance during this period.

What does this mean for you? Even after 8 years, your scooter will continue to deliver great range, top speed, acceleration, and gradeability.

The Ather Community has been riding Athers scooters on-road since 2018. And after five years, the median Battery Health for our batteries was still at 90%. That’s what gives us the confidence to launch Eight70 —assuring a minimum of 70% battery health for up to 8 years. And if your battery ever drops below that threshold during this period, we’ll replace it, at no cost.

The 90 day invoicing period policy really sucks!! Its been about 4 months since i bought rizta and it feels like i really missed out on this warranty offer!!

There are people here unknowingly bought gen 2 a day before gen 3’s Launch

Their Regret is so hard that the sun can’t burn it

Same, i bought gen 3/3.6 3-4 days before the launch of gen 3. Not that big of a regret but would have loved to have that belt cover and joystick control for accepting calls and music

Yeah, Not a Big Regret but Still a Disappointment for Sure

If the Ather team is so confident about the product, why it’s not provided for the vehicles sold earlier?

They will not give this to loyal customer.

Even I feel the same but It’s Business Not Charity. So We have to wait till they say No. I don’t see anywhere Ather said no for this Question.

Hoping for Best

If they have so much confidence in their battery pack, why not extend this offer to existing customers, irrespective of purchase date? Only if they don’t have confidence in what they preach would they put all these nonsensical limitations on availing this offer.
