Feeling sad for the Ather owners here not knowing how Ather treats stuff like giving updates or feedback

so many people here complaing about lag and lack of themes dont know rizta underneth is still 450 designed half decade ago with criplling snapdragon 212 just cant do much

My ntorq has been acting up lately and having 450x gen 3,I will never consider rizta unless Ather upgrades its hardware.

when we get the phase 1 update on rizta Z and my Rizta Z 2.9 is not showing regen animation… is it will resolve through update or rizta will not support animations like 450X wings animation on regen

Ather Rizta screen lags very badly. Will that be resolved along with upcoming update?

The lag issue affects following features:

  1. Indicators do not turn on immediately, after pressing the indicator switch.
  2. Riding mode switching takes around 5-7 seconds.
  3. Joystick navigation menu loads very slow, have to wait around 10 seconds in each click.
  4. Tow and theft alert not working sometimes.
  5. 2-3 times faced an issue with engine start button, it was not switching on for some time.

Lag issue becomes horrible day by day. Please resolve as soon as possible :pray:

Have u tried restarting it(press both brakes and hold the power on switch).

Soft reset , hard reset done multiple times , no luck, did you got the update after the reset ?

I also got Rizta Z 3.7. Not facing all of these issues. Indicator turns immediately on pressing button. Riding mode switch is quick. Joystick navigating is kinda slow( 2 to 3 seconds) not 10 seconds. Tow n theft alerts are fine.

Hope we all get updated AS6 and most of issues are sorted. And Bluetooth is enabled.

*Update: Screen Lag issue seems resolved and the screen is better after Shutdown and restart the scooter.

Is it going to be intermittent and shutdown & restart going to be part of our life?? (I request Ather team, All the garbage collection / cache clearance must be done at the background at midnight in order to safeguard the regular usage)

Rizta owner too. I heard the same noice. But I think it’s because of the number plate hitting the mudgaurd . Only the top two edges are bolted. The bottom two edges are freely moving.

Even i got Rizta 3.7kwh model but bluetooth is showing coming soon. How did u got your’s activated??

He is hoping that the update comes soon and it enables bluetooth,he doesnt have it yet :melting_face:

this animation does not work on my rizta, both for coasting regen and magic twist. Maybe it will work once the update is released

Number plate little bit bended upward in order to avoid the issue. The other one was different, but now it’s not there…

Just received Phase 1 update (Bluetooth update) on my android mobile (v 10.1.0) in Kerala. The functionality now available on my mobile app, but not on Rizta screen dashboard.

The professional thing expected at this point of time is to inform users if there is any delay and if issue when it will be resolved.
