I am using Rizta 2.9kw since a Month…I have the issue of estimate range. It is always 3-4 km less against the battery percentage even in Smartecho mode. Not sure anyone else is facing this issue.
I am getting 96km range in Smartecho mode.
While charging also, the same issue. it shows less range. For example if 50% charged than showing 47km range.
My running is 1.5 km per day and roughly 11 km in week(Saturday - Sunday i use it more).
Eagerly waiting for Bluetooth update (phase 1) for my Ather Rizta. Waiting for such basic features even after the delivery of vehicle is unthinkable.
Noticed 2 issues after 2 days of drive:
A flapping (thak thak …) sound near the belt/rear wheel.
Annoying Head light shadows, seems like the ligt rays splitted horizontally and no light there just near to the front wheel, it is spreaded a bit far away.
@smridhi.kalati Can you please share some update for Rizta users too. There is no AS6 update yet… we are using Rizta without bluetooth connectivity. Have some mercy on Rizta users too.
It’s really Sad that Ather can’t even keep it’s Promise of delivering something on the Promised date. Already been using the Vehicle for almost 2 months now
My pro pack has started and I can’t even avail the benifits of basic features like bluetooth and whatsapp which are promised 50% of features are not yet delivered.
The other 50% which is delivered like maps also hang all the time (even after having full network) not at all Reliable.
Dear Ather team, for any reason if you are not able to deliver software update on time then have some courtesy and professionalism to post an new update to customers so that people don’t loose their patience.
What ever time Ather will take to provide their PRO pack features, they must extend that much of time in the validity of the consumer’s PRO pack subscription as per law.
I don’t know the exact law, but it’s basic consumer rights. if consumer has purchased/subscribe something which saler is not able to provide as per deal, then saler has to provide either compensation or extension of subscription.
I had the same issue once with the Sun Direct DTH and they have extended my pack as I logged the complaint in consumer court.

Ather rizta user here and still waiting on that update, had heard great things about Ather, but this is a low. It’s been a while since my scooter arrived and I have been using it without the majorly promised features.
