this is not an issue. in smarteco if you use throttle aggressively then the speed and pickup will be reduces but if you use throttle easily then the pickup will improve after few minutes and then the speed can go to 60km

Please try un-pairing and pairing the device with your scooter. That should help to view your vehicle name on the Ather App.

For charging there will be a Multipurpose Charger that will connect to the connector inside the boot. Availablity of MPC and the floor mat not sure

There is no update for floor mats and seat covers , Ping my scooter etc. Ather showroom is not available accessories , There is no proper plan and production of equipments.

You need MPC (multi purpose connector) module to charge your phone. Its expected to come out soon… I am hoping it will be shipped out along with Halo deliveries which were supposed to be starting 9-Sep.

I received Rizta on 8th sept. And I am also having issue of thak thak near belt/ rear wheel. Asked deler to look at it. Initially they were saying it’s minor issue and it will go with time. But after I insisted they are ready to check it by service guys. Let’s see what happen next.

I also had it in two days of taking vehicle delivery . After a day the sound resolved on its own. I thought it was was because of rain or new belt sound.

Its been a week sunce i took delivery of my rizta. Bettery and range issue: i feel i am facing it. Start riding at 100% and within minutes it gets disharged to 92-90%.
App sync is a porblem for me. I have driven 100+ kms and had to charge it for 4 times in ghis period. Once at Ather grid fast charger and twice at home. I got the delivery at 80% charge.
When checked with servixd center they suggested to drive few weeks after charging 100% and then they will check.
Overall i am happy with the ride quality. Did not face/notice any break issues. Magic twist works fine for me.

@smridhi.kalati I have taken delivery of my new rizta Z today. Could you please push the updates as i am unable to use bluetooth. Also, Showroom people were telling they didn’t received SOP for fixing TPMS. May i know the exact timeline for it.

You should have got new update which atleast will have option to enable bluetooth by now. TPMS I have got it fixed two weeks back with the new update. Only thing is you can’t see tyre pressure reading in scooter Dashboard which will show only static value of 30 and 30.but you should be able to see right reading in Ather app. I have got it fixed in Ather showroom only.
