Just checked with my friend who has the Rizta and didn’t face any issue apart from the network outage. The version is the correct it’s 202432 after the update before the update it was 202425.
Now, waiting to get it automatically correct itself or will got the the SC tomorrow.

TPMS is not working with Rizta dashboard as of now, though it works with Mobile app. Few of us tried to get TPMS installed but were not successful at service center. I have created a separate forum thread for same.

I own a rizta and have the latest Ather stack with Bluetooth enabled. On the scooter it shows “Kumar ‘s Rizta” but on my app inside Bluetooth it shows as Ather 450x it seems like a bug. Have unpaired and paired several times but still same problem.

Security Concern regarding WhatsApp notifications open to anyone who is using my scooter.
There must be a locking mechanism from mobile app, to disable/lock the sensitive features on my scooter, in case Someone else picking up or riding my scooter.

if you are not riding you can always disable bluetooth connection from your app.

If your phone is not connected to the scooter by Bluetooth, WhatsApp won’t work, so stop spreading misinformation.

You look confused. WhatsApp/call alert will come only when your phone is connected to Ather.

Yes I am facing this issue reverse not working and range has come down prior update I was getting range of 93to 95 now I am getting 88to 90 in eco

So basically try and restart the scooter(press both brakes and the power button). Right now the rizta is using the 450x ride modes even though u can’t see them on the dashboard so obviously the efficiency would go down since they are not designed for the rizta.
