The solution they seem to provide is shutdown and reboot. Didn’t seem to work sadly
I think ather should implement an auto reset of some sort (like the ones on routers, reset at 3am automatically or reset 20 minutes after plugging into charger) to keep the vehicle at optimum condition. I didn’t know that my rides weren’t syncing, when I did find out, i did a reset and they started again. This would eliminate most sync problems and other problems that require a soft reset in my opinion.

Indicator auto cut off not working properly…it’s better to give option to coustomer (auto cut off timings) it should chosed by coustomer 3 or 5 seconds as per requirement…

OMG never ever bring up such ideas… Resets we are facing are more than enough. If such feature is implemented it will stay in reset loop…!

I would like to see following changes in next OTA update.
- Monthly ride statistics should be able to export to excel file from ather app or website.
- Similarly as we get current or past ride data we should get last charging data like time it started with x% of battery, total time it was for charging, type of charging fast/notmal, approx no.of units consumed. etc.
- Just like iOS even andoid’s dependability on ather app to connect / use Bluetooth functionality should be done.
- Hazard lights function
- Option for enabling / disabling incognito mode and warp mode with password for ather owner.
- Wonder if we can take phone calls on speaker phone mode through speaker in dashboard. That will be a great feature.
- Also option to reject call with SMS sent like “driving will call later” or custom SMS.
Hope ather development team can try to integrate any of above suggestions… Thanks in advance in anticipation of the same.

Hey @abhishek.balaji it would be awesome if the ride stats show the map time line or the full address of individual rides. We just get confused with our stats which show partial address.

Surprisingly no one is talking about “STABLE MAPs…”!
… 10.1.6 will be focused on resolving bugs with the navigation. I am keeping my fingers crossed. I love the navigation feature & I mostly drive using that screen on. A stable map with no restarts will be sooo Nice…!

After Ather Android update, non-subscribers unable to see their ride statistics. Now this facility only be available for Pro subscribed customers. This is really very bad. Hhad it been known earlier, we would have not update. Really sad. U are invoicing for the software too. Apart from that u are forcing to subscribe.

Earlier, it was bug. Now, they fixed it.

This is like we telling to NetFlix “I was watching Netflix for free thru a loophole. Now, your updated version is not allowing me. Too bad, if you had let us know, we would not have updated the app.”

Has anyone faced issues where your vehicle doesn’t start? It’s been few days where the lights on the storage and on the number plate work but nothing in front. No way of starting the vehicle , no display (Also the vehicle is at full charge).Tried ways in which they tell us to hold brakes and start ignition to reboot. And the schedule for a service guy to come is 4 days(schedule for Saturday) later. Any of you have faced this problem? It’s been just a month and a half I’ve recieved my ather…now… 
Have you tried doing the reset - Hold both brakes and press the start button for 10 secs- after you turn on the key?
I have, no luck bruv. The front light don’t work either. Seems like the vehicle is working on half(front half doesn’t have any indication of it being on)

After recent update to the iOS app, are you guys able to use Google maps to send the location to ather app? In previous version of ather app, from Google maps when I select share, used to get the ather as option, don’t see it anymore

Android app 4.1.x I found that whenever I press on settings I will be automatically exited from the app. Is it a known issue?
Yes… I had same issue… I just uninstalled it. Restarted my phone and reinstalled the app… it worked…

Upload option is not working at all in app. It is not a good experience if we have to always log from a laptop to upload images.
No one please suggest to open through browser in mobile itself. (This point is important since there are lot of talented people around who can suggest this)
I guess this is a known issue already, Hope a quick resolution on this.
Can we upload documents from webpage? Haven’t seen that option in My account of Ather webpage.
