Yeah I know the Past History of Mumbai SCs and ECs 
Btw do you know if Ather has like a per minimum scooters per zone or region to add more SCās or itās all arbitrary cause I see ever increasing scooters around me but no plan to open a EC or SC in the region.

Coimbatore has 2 SCs but It need one more
Tirupur has 1 SCs but it needs one or two more
Erode has One, Another one will be Helpful
Ather is opening SCs Just like that
For Mumbai, Previous EC Management Quit and After that Ather canāt find a Good One
Thats what Happening in Mumbai
