It’s usually best to call customer support, they have better information when it comes to such granular data. Just called them and received an update.
I had completed my payment on 15/02/2020, On the same day I had filled all required details & requested for invoice for buying insurance from other insurance company. Even today morning I had called CS they have raised the complaint ref no. Till now no response
Got a call, delivery on Thursday!

Hey! Checked into this and you should be able to download the invoice from the dashboard when you self select the insurance. However, seems like a glitch if you weren’t able to download it. Someone from the team will reach out to you to get this invoice across.

@abhishek.balaji My order ID 16024 I had requested for a quick delivery. Yet to receive any update on ather dot installation. Could you please follow up with your team and fast track it.
When did you make your payment? Is the RTO work completed?
i paid on jan 7th but kept order on hold for 450x release. RTO temporary registration is also done i feel. Yet to get any update from Ather Team. No calls/update from them

I did but not getting exact update except they say “we will inform installation team”. and after i am not getting any update. this is happening since 14th feb. Could you please check and let me know.
Payment done today morning. Waiting for more updates on the Dot Installation and RTO Registration.

Good. When was the payment made?
Order 18216…waiting for registration to happen after 5 working days after payment. I have asked for Odd registration number with numeric sum of 9…the number isn’t that special. An agent is supposed to contact me but not done so far. All that I need is a call from the agent and the registraion process to begin.

I paid on Feb 14, the same day as @yb48301 but my scooter hasn’t gone for registration, his has been registered. Odd… Wonder what went wrong? 
I too had made payment on 14th evening. I called up CC and I was told that papers have been sent today for registration along with requirement of special number. Expecting a call from the RTO agent.
I guess yours too must have gone today to RTO. Kindly check with CC. All the best.
