Order number 196xx. Payment window opened today. @abhishek.balaji, I don’t have net banking and I would like pay through RTGS or other mode of offline payment. Is it possible to do so or only online payment methods are available?

Fill the details you will get option to transfer money in next screen. In one of the payment screen you will get account number and ifsc code. Note down and make payment. After payment send a mail mentioning your name order number and UTR number to info@atherenergy.com.

Still waiting! Called up CC and the update is yes it should have gone for registration but no idea why it has not, will get back Very disappointing
Guys, it is advisable to get in touch with cc proactively after payment. I did the payment on Wednesday and since no progress there after I called in today and was told my Aadhar was password protected. So chasing cc is advisable to get things moving. A callback should have been done if process was in place.
Frankly speaking, I sent a photograph of my Adhaar and a Selfie instead of scanning my passport size photo and sending across. Hope registration process is not withheld for this.
I have been following up and everyday status is same “it will be sent for registration today”. This morning I was told I will get a call back in an hour but no one called. I just called and the status is “we will get it done first thing Monday morning, in your case somehow things have slipped”. The saga continues. Let’s see what happens. @abhishek.balaji
Does one need to go to Experience Center to sign papers for registration or is it that our job is done with making payment and buying insurance?
Agent from ather comes to your house and get signatures for registration. Once registration done you will get SMS from RTO and you will get call from ather for delivery dates.all seamless process no need to worry for anything.

I made the payment fir registration and insurance… what is next ? I have uploaded gas passbook as address proff, is it acceptable? How many days will take to get delivery?
If passbook has photo then it is fine. Better document is Aadhar. Next a Ather guy visit u for document sign. After that file moves to RTO. After getting reg no. IND number plate will take around 10 days. Fitting number plate & then final delivery.
Approximate date of delivery is reflected in Ather app.
You can do payment through any bank branch, i also did the same
Form 20 door step service. Here mine. 12th make payment. 12th Evening bought insurance from sundaram. 13th sing form 20. 14th went for registration. Same day got sms your vehicle register with so and so number. Silky smooth.
Only waiting for physical delivery.
@abhishek.balaji how to get dot ? Home delivery or we need to take while vehicle delivery time?

Did you opt for own installation of the Dot? If Ather is doing the installation, you should get a call for appointment. Generally during installation itself, they take sign on form 20. But now that your form 20 is done, it should happen separately. If you have opted for own Installation, I’m not sure, but Otherwise Ather will install the Dot before vehicle delivery.
I took self installation. Form 20 singed and vehicle registration done yesterday. Got sms. But no idea about dot
