  1. Boarding passes printed (to and from)
  2. ID card(s) as needed
  3. License, in case we get lucky to ride something new
  4. QR code for entry
  5. Camera (or space in your phone)
  6. Power Bank
  7. Cool (warm) outfit for the meet up
  8. strepsils / cofsils for after a day of frantic screaming

yes, Invites have been sent with QR codes generated by the user profile so if another person needs an entry to the event it has to be through the code
