Below are my observations after Atherstack 6 update to my Gen2

Cooling Fans are not starting after we ride aggressively in Warp or Sports mode like before.

After we ride continuously in warp mode for sometime with half of the throttle given, now while giving throttle more than half or fully also bike was not accelerating and behaving as if it was in an ECO Mode.

Bluetooth Connectivity is perfect now and there is no issues(before atherstack 6 update phone going to ring mode from silent when call comes)

Addressing a couple general feedback points here:
- Auto-connection delayed: It can take upto 1 min for your phone to auto connect with the scooter. If it takes more than a minute, then flag it off
- Album art not appearing: Noted. Will be fixed in stable release
- BT stays on by default: That is the expected behaviour. If your phone BT is off and no device has been paired with the scooter within 3 mins, it will automatically switch off.
- Fan disabled reports: There is nothing in the update that impacts the fan. Whatever vehicle level data we have shows that fans are working fine for the few specific cases reported in this thread. However, if you feel there is an issue in your experience, we request you to raise a service ticket and get your scooter checked at your nearest service centre.
- Not receiving app and/or dashboard beta update: Apologies here. We still seem to be facing delays as parts of this process are still manual. Will get better over time as we apply our learnings to future updates.
- While you have an open discussion on feedback here, please do ensure you add your individual feedback within the mobile app (Account > Submit feedback). It’s easier for us to track cases and map it to a particular scooter.

What about the new UI (similar to Rizta or something) on scooter like in launch event? or its just bluetooth changes on exising UI?

Ather Stack 5 had No Fan Issue. Now after Updating Ather Stack 6 Beta, Fan Issue started How come you guys washing hands just saying you deep dived??

Hey folks. Quick update. Turns out there is an issue with the fans which has been identified for some of the vehicles. I’m told it will be fixed whenever the stable build of AS6 goes out.

@ryan lots of people filled early access form on the first day itself but till now no updates received for app and scooter… when will we get the updates

This is a bit disappointing as Ather portraits as a tech savvy company and doing tasks in manual mode. Top of that citing that as a reason.
Also this showcases lack of planning even after these many years of learnings. For example I received the dashboard update 5days back and till now no app update hence I am unable to utilise many functionalities. What is the use of getting the update if nothing can b used Instead the push has to trigger same time. Or not at all.

Giving dashboard update is easy to the mapped scooters, giving app update only to them is not an easy task, that’s why they’ve asked for email of Google account or Apple ID. I don’t see any other way than manually adding those IDs for beta rollout.
But that should be done simultaneously, you got dashboard update but not the app, that shouldn’t have happened.

Hello sir, i did receive the dashboard update but i am yet to update it since I am having issue with my testflight link. My testflight like gives the app version v10.0.0 instead of the newer v10.1.0. How do i get this fixed?

Finally got a chance to do a 40 km ride on my weekend trip path with warp and coasting regen on but it felt wierd
Coasting regen activates at 89% gets strong after 77% but when I came across speed breakers which i used to force regen over easily were sending me flying cause below 35kmph with pillion regen isn’t that effective anymore
@ryan can you plz tell the team to bring back force regen power to work same as before or have more power as coasting regen at lower speeds too? also make it work below 5kmph Its very odd to not stoping using force regen after doing it for 2 years (alternate fix let people decide low or high power in settings than auto based on modes or speed)

so at 40kmph you feel vibrations under seat? like even in ride mode? like even at night? I havent even felt my dashboard fan turning on after stack 5 beta updates it used to turn on in 2022 when I charge under the sun
For a year plus I have only taken out my and charged my scooter in evening or at night that might be the reason

I have the same issue in my gen 3 I haven’t seen the fans kicking in in any of my rides after AS6 update. If this gets fixed only in stable version update what will we do till then. doesn’t the motor and BMS get overheated

One quick question are we all recieving the same update or it’s a different built of each vehicle As the fan in mine works just fine as soon as u push it hard in warp the fan kick on immediately But in gen 2 of Arun and gen 3.1 of vinay had this issue oped up first
One small point I waan make to all the testers out there can u also mention ur AS built number too
