Beta testing for Atherstack 6

Hey folks!

We’re starting with our Atherstck 6 trials and are looking for users to help test the functionality, smoothness of the experience, usability, and UI bugs in this update.

Here’s what you’ll be testing:

  • New Bluetooth flow
  • Coasting regen for Gen 3
  • WhatsApp for Dashboard
  • Call decline with a message
  • Clustering of chargers on the App
  • Charging time bug fix and other bug fixes

For whom is this update available?

The Atherstack 6 update is available for Gen 2 onwards.

When is the beta rollout?

App update for Android - 31st July 2024

App update for iOS - First week of August

How do I participate in this beta testing?

  • Users need to download the OTA on their scooters and fill out this form to access the app’s beta version.
  • Users need to install both the dashboard software and the app, or else the Bluetooth flow won’t work.

This is a beta version so please do expect some bugs, you can reach out here in case you are stuck. If you have any feedback or bugs you can fill the in-app feedback form present in the account section of the mobile app.

I haven’t received the testflight invite on my email id yet, is it going to take time or did something go wrong ?

for ios the app is coming until next week,I havent got playstore link too

It’s said for android it will come on 29/30 July. For IOS it’s next week.

You have to join beta tester in play store After 5-10min you will receive app update I have the update 10.10

Just go to play store search Ather app, scroll down Then join beta tester it will take some min After that you have a option to update the app
