@smridhi.kalati @tarun Ping my scooter not working properly. It works at times and most of the times it shows an error " Scooter Unreachable " . I have full network in my area yet it is unable to connect and ping. Will become an useless feature if it doesn’t serve the purpose it is meant for when needed.

Just like 450, Ritza have different models 450 → 450S, 450X LR, 450XHR. Ritza → Ritza S, Ritza Z LR, Ritza Z HR.
I under stand Ather Stuck 6 futures should be same for 450S & Ritza S 450X LR & Ritza Z LR 450X HR & Ritza Z HR

Never understood why consumers defend a company instead of a fellow consumer.
So, by your logic 1] Ather launches a vehicle
2] Asks to get pro pack to get all additional features and promise of future new features through OTA.
3] Consumer pays and buys the vehicle.
4] Ather announces new updates but fails to mention there will be exceptions for some models.
But the consumer is wrong but haha
“You should have known this while buying 450s. It was a replacement for 450+ and if you take a look at some posts of latter users, you’ll know how much Ather gives a crap about lower end models”.
Like dude nowhere during the buying process or on website or any other Ather portal there is mentioned even in small terms and conditions that "We promise you updates but it’s all BS and no update will be received for this particular model "
How is these consumers fault?
It’s like Samsung launched a device A21 with promise of updates to all Samsung devices. Then when updates are announces you find out that it’s only for S21 flagship and now you the consumer are an idiot because it’s Samsung and that’s what they do, and you believed them.
Defending a company and not the consumer is the reason OLA is where it is today.
I don’t give a F about these ping my scooter and live location sharing update as like I said in previous post it doesn’t affect if I get it or not.
My issue is failed promises and marketing and delusional people saying it’s my fault that I should have expected this even if the claims and promises made by company says otherwise.

wait so android is powering deep view display? thats wierd but understandable from coding perspective as they wont have to seprately code similar features on different OS and app would work better too but how much money is even Ather saving on just color touchscreen then?

I am owner of Ather apex , still i havent received atherstack 6 update plus anti theft alarm and notification not working in my Ather apex what should i do?
Ping my scooter has to be in conjunction with bluetooth that could be the reason it is not possible for 450S.
When will RIZTA S get Atherstack 6 ? I hope the bluetooth connectivity, navigation etc will come with it.
To all the people jumping to say how and why ping my scooter won’t be available for 450S model, the feature will be available for 450S model and has been clarified by Ather team. So you can keep your theories to yourself.
For others asking about when the update will be made available, probably along with the update for Rizta S as both of them have the same display and other features.
Rizta lacks many Ather Pro features which I expect the upcoming Atherstack 6 will become a solution. It lacks bluetooth connectivity features like call/music/volume control, Auto-indicator cut-off [Rizta S doesn’t have a speaker so this feature is very important], incognito mode, navigation etc
ping my scooter doesnt use bluetooth at all,my BT is always off and after Freda it stays off even bt is never on in my phone.Its completely internet based and even though scooter may say synced a moment ago still it fails sometimes

@smridhi.kalati @tarun Another feedback i want to share regarding Rizta Updates for documents on dashboard.
Documents which we upload like Driving License, RC, Insurance etc. while opening up from dashboard should have an option of making it full screen or zooming in and out etc using the inbuilt joystick because the purpose of having them digitally on the dashboard is to show to police whenever they stop and ask for documents instead of opening up boot and showing physical documents now-a-days digital were also accepted.
The whole purpose of having documents on dashboard is waste in rizta because, when we select the particular document it is just showing up the document in right half of display. How could we show the same to police when there is no clarity on seeing them in a small box.
Instead if there is an option to make full screen or zoom in and out then there solves the purpose.
This is only good on 450x as it has touch screen and one can zoom in and out documents using fingers on touch
@smridhi.kalati is this update rolling out to Apex users? My series 1 got this update but still no sign for my Apex.
