I had received the OTA update on my Rizta a week ago. But the installation wasn’t successful as it got stuck saying “Turn off the key to proceed with installation”. I tried many times but failed to install. After forced restart, neither the update got installed nor I was able to see update option in my Rizta. Tried restarting multiple times but of no avail. Please send ota update once again and this time bug free as such a simple task is taking so much of efforts.
even I am facing the same issue, I have contacted the service centre and they said that this issue is faced by many others as well and asked me to turn of the the key and back on rapidly for 5 times and leave it for 30 seconds and it’ll update by itself, well it didn’t work. please share your progress ASAP

I have 450X HR purchased on 05/10/24. The current dashboard software is Atherstack 6 ver 13.6.00.202432.
My iOS mobile app ver is 10.2.0
I do not see the BELL icon on my mobile app which is used for ping my scooter feature.
I have raised a ticket (Case ID 00819468) 4 days back but still there is no resolution.
Do let me know if I need to restart the dashboard software to enable this feature or download any new software patch.
Please look into this and revert.
Even I had same issue but I raised support ticket and then they pushed the update I was able to install that successfully
@MDV What is the current version in your scooter? Is it 13.6.202432 or 13.6.202438?

how did they push the update ?while u are on the call or after the call ? because i received no response to my tickets
I also have not Received any update yet for my 450S
I raised ticket in app. With in two days of ticket raised I got update. Ticket status shows in progress only still but.

Its been 2+ months since i contacted Ather support team to help resolve ride stats not beong synced on Ather v10.2.0(264) They contacted me 3+ weeks back and never heard them back even after multiple follow ups.
Ride stats just works on Ather v9.x.x (227).
Additionally, the support team is just arrogant in understanding the problem in the first place.
W.r.t Stack 6 update,
- still bluetooth turns on by itself even after explicitly turning it off. i want the scooter to respect my decisions and not behave like whay microsoft does with its windows os
- when moving at speed say, around 40+, with minimum rev, the motor just spins like theres no tomorrow. Motor should spin yes, higher rpm is expected with rev being high not low
- and yes, battery drains too fast (highly likely because of above point). previously, it used drain around 18% to travel 18 km. now, it drains around 26% to travel 18km.
I think the bluetooth turning on automatically is because of TPMS. TPMS works through bluetooth. So it is necessary for it to stay updated of tire pressure even if vehicle is parked.
I do not have TPMS. Vehicle literally have no additionals except seat cover.
bluetooth always on is one of features of Ather stack 6.0. I guess it is for quick mobile pairing and Ather halo…
I’m a Gen 4 owner and still waiting for the update it’s now a week into October and I haven’t received anything can you give me a valid reason for the delay? @smridhi.kalati Otherwise I might use Twitter to show reality of the Ather.
I feel like Ather is heading the same path as Ola with poor service and slow software updates after visiting the service center and seeing the software UI I think it looks outdated—like something from 10 years ago there’s no customization it just shows the speedometer. If that’s all it does why even use a touchscreen?
I’m not sure what your software development team is working on but it seems to take a long time with little result it’s frustrating to hear that after months of work something like the fan isn’t working what’s going on with the engineering team?
well, that sucks. my consent has got no value!? if that off, i expect that to be off.
Has anyone tried to Shutdown your 450X Gen4 scooter if not in use for many days? I tried to check this feature so I clicked on Shutdown, it gave a message to turn off the key. The dashboard screen went blank and I waited for few minutes and then turned the key on, the dashboard screen was on the same Shutdown page. No idea how Shutdown works.
