My Rizta already has AtherStack 6 but waiting for app update. Maps are not usable till Bluetooth is activated.

I don’t think they chose based on activeness on the forum. Honestly I can’t even think of any criteria except that Beta Typeform they had somewhere on the website long ago. I think they stopped looking at it from 2023 ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
These procedures seem to have changed quite a bit. Even Ather Labs is dead. Quite sad, I think the enthusiasts side of the community might be endangered lol
Adding up to that argument, I don’t think you need to be tech-savvy to understand efficiency. It’s like not having km/Litre readings in your vehicle. Doesn’t make sense. No point raising these arguments though if we’re not in contact with the dev team ¯(which we would be, through betas) \_(ツ)_/¯

Unless @smridhi.kalati wants to confirm that we can fill out the form, if we’re willing to? I suppose big reports/feedback will be through the app itself, so the beta forum thread is of no real purpose

There doesn’t seem to be an option to send another response for the form from the same email, in case of both Android and iOS devices…
You get an email with the copy of your submission, but they’ll add you to the list of Beta testers manually in a few days

Unable to recharge the charging balance. It keeps on redirecting to support page.

I had this same issue. I rebooted the scooter and then the app started to show ride stats.
