Not at all fake. Even I feel that Rizta’s seat is a bit harder than it should have been.
On potholes, it just feels like there is no suspension.

There is no way to see tow and theft alert notification repeatedly in app once we see on ios . In Ather app notification lists are not getting stored if we miss these critic let alerts or see once then there is no way to get them .
First of all if you’re launching so many products you guys have forgot about Ather rizta since I got a update, the skid control has been disabled raised multiple tickets, but no reply and there is no dark mode in the vehicle. How can we drive in the night at two in the morning? You guys just launching new products every day but you don’t know existing product what you have to update and there is no proper support. I have had the Rizta 3 weeks since the delivery…
I have had 2 issues since the beginning:
- The ‘Factory Mode’ on my dashboard is not going away
- TPMS is still not activated on my app
Even after multiple follow ups with the service centre and Ather’s customer support there has been no resolution… The casual attitude of the service centre (Thane) is irritating & they keep blaming it on the ‘headquarters’ not activating it from their side…
This whole process of multiple follow ups with no correct answer from anyone in Ather is not the type of service i was looking for!
My Rizta lost signal 15 hours ago and it has not came back till morning 10, so i performed a hard reset and now my rizta is showing Factory Mode and No signal on the dashboard since morning.
Even after multiple times doing hard reset factory mode banner is not gone since morning.
@smridhi.kalati please check with the team and let everyone know if there is any issue going on with network and also the timelines.
Multiple Rizta owners have reported network issues since morning. Hope this got into Ather’s attention by now and fix is in progress.
I so wish that someone from Ather acknowledges and keep us updated for such large scale issues.
