Even I thought the same but the techician assured me that since they are not cutting any wires and if required it can be removed anytime.

I don’t know exactly to which power line he connected but he teated all the power lines with multimeter and then after testing it for about 2 hrs he connected.

There has to be a way to put those same lights on the handlebar (in place of the flimsy plastic which makes tattling noise) as a workaround? It will fix the main issue reported by @BSVIKRAM as well?

I’ll do that only if i can get it powered by an additional battery source. No way I’ll allow someone to touch the existing battery. Its not just about warranty, it could be life threatening!

Nah bro you don’t have to touch the battery to wire that.

He’s probably taking the power from the headlights (if they’re 12v)

Nobody is touching the battery. They are just extending the power lines that are going to the headlights

yep, might get an Ola headlight and retrofit after warranty expires.

Point 1,5 issues also confirmed by Service Centre guys. It was the issue with Key Set, which needs to be replaced.

Issue 9 found intermittently only, now I think after a lot of lock and unlock, the charger lock became smooth and now the issue is not appearing any more.

Hi Guys is any one aware of Ather is giving two types of chargers for rizta scooter one with handle and another is regular charger… Anyone can tell which is the better charger… any option to change to handle charger. Or it’s 750watt vs 350watt difference

I believe it is the difference in wattage. I got the Duo charger with top Z variant which has handle. I am pretty sure there are no 350W chargers with the handle.

I am a new Ather rider, having used the Ather Rizta for the past two months. I have a few questions regarding potential updates for the Rizta and 450X models. Specifically, I am interested in knowing if there are any plans to release an update that would allow us to monitor the battery temperature and motor temperature.

As a new EV user, I believe this feature would greatly enhance the riding experience and provide peace of mind regarding the vehicle’s performance and safety.

We begged for this almost couple years now since launch of other smart scooters like OLA or Vida but no luck,Ather is only focused on simplified UX and letting the scooter handle everything. If theres something really wrong with the scooter will let you know and Ather has acess to all those stats

I am concerned about my scooter’s safety. Every time I drive and notice a burning smell around, I get worried and check the battery and motor. However, the lack of real-time status updates for the motor and battery is quite alarming.

Has anyone noticed fit & finish issues in rizta floorboard. I had went to SC but they replied we cannot do anything about it.

Yes… we have to put anything under pad to fit it tight

Yes, middle of floor board went up like bended… service centre guys tighten it up and resolved…

There are many design issues in it, one of the important one is the key hole cover, with a light pull it comes out, If this is an issue with all rizta’s they shall honestly recall and fix it.
