Ather now is like buy our product and forget it and remain thankful that scooter just works… Problem is with thier marketing strategy which should change now , Initially as a startup they have handful of scooters and they keep promising things built up hype now they have n versions with HW limitations and some poor decisions and with the scale growing they are failing to deliver on customer expectations… Also they should now align the product roadmap as well as SW support and declare older scooter as limited support of End of Support
Not even 2 weeks completed after my booking for Ather S, Ather should consider giving this benefit for the customers who booked in Dec also.
your scooter invoiced? If not you can ask the dealer to create invoice with the available benefits. if they are not accepting cancel the booking and go for new booking with benefits.

Hard luck bro. This has been the case since I think the Gen 3 was introduced if I am not mistaken. They have been tweaking and giving minor updates every 4 months. Gen 3.1 was nothing but free extended warranty & new seat, cruise control was promised during the live event and even that was not delivered citing homologation issue. I would suggest enjoy the scooter

Nothing will he done by Ather if you get the deliver a day before the launch. This has been going on for quite sometime now.
I understand people are going through buyers remorse and I understand that it’s hard to digest. However this is how it works.
I remember when Tata brought their newer Nexon version few months ago, people were fighting and shouting in the YouTube’s comment section. But this is how industry works.
Just like phone market, there is always going to be a better phone, cheaper phone, better Bank for buck mobile in just few months, and just imagine people asking for refund. EV industry is rapidly advancing just as any tech industry. Ather is no exception, they are bringing the platform to the maximum and economy of scale is kicking in, and that will make new products cheaper.
This is the reason people are calling you fanboy.
Buying Ather will not save cost unless someone like you ride 50k+km in a year. For regular users who drive around 50km or less in a day the cost saving is a dream after buying an Ather, considering the cost of spare parts and service cost.
