However, being unable to change the vehicle name seems to be an issue. To help us look into this, please raise a ticket on the app by describing the process in which you’re changing the name and any images or videos for us to resolve this quicker.
Geo Fencing could be a very interesting use case and it’s on our radar for a future AtherStack release. Would love to hear details on your need for Geofencing !
AtherStack 7, like previous years AtherStack 6 is being rolled out in multiple OTA tranches. The latest rolled out OTA for your vehicle (Gen 3 450x) has Cricket Scores on Dash, ParkSafe and Crash Alerts but the latter are not enabled from backend as the team is fine tuning the algorithms a little bit. They should be live soon without any new OTA.
Rest of the experiences - Voice on Ather, Proactive Voice Alerts, Pothole Alerts, Smooth Road Suggestions, Remote Charging, Remote Shut Down, Remote Immobiliser (Anti Theft) would be available in the next OTA which is expected by end of the year / early Jan.
We’re glad to hear that you see a need for profiles. While there’s a plan to bring profiles to the customers in the future, we don’t have clear visibility on when this will come.
Hey Rohit, Glad to hear that you’re curious about the Voice commands feature. To use this feature, you just need to ensure that your phone is connected to your Ather and Halo/Halo bit via bluetooth and when you press the button on the scooter your Halo passes your speech to the phone and it does rest of the job for you ! Yes this feature will be supported on your Gen3.1 and expect the feature rolling out in the next few months.
Really sorry to read this and its concerning. If this is happening recurringly, request you to visit service center ASAP and also raise a ticket if its not resolved there.

Hey Agnelo, Sorry to hear that the process of OTA is inconvenient for you. We’re working on improving the overall OTA experience and we’ll definitely address your issue along with other improvements that we’re planning. We request a little more patience while we roll this out.
We would definitely love to build each and every thing our customers ask us to, however many experiences that Ather has built over a period of time have also been derived from latent pain points of our owners and riders. As Ather, we want our riders to keep their hands on the handlebar and their phones in the pocket all the time, at least while they are riding - but we keep seeing customers taking out their phones a lot of times. Checking Cricket Scores on the move, is one of the many other things they do and hence this got prioritised. Of course, there are many other such use cases we can and will solve for in the near future. Would love to hear what else can we do to ensure you minimise the time riding with your phone in your hands ![]()
Post released, we have seen a lot of our customers are absolutely loving the cricket scores on dashboard feature and usage / engagement is through the roof. However, if there are any issues or concerns you have with the feature please do let us know.
