How to make the best use of this AMA
Our intent with this is to give our most engaged users a deeper insight into the way we build out experiences and approach our roadmap, as well as answer some questions about why or how certain things work the way they do. We recognize there might be many individual bugs or issues that users may have with their specific scooter or mobile app which require some technical support, however, this may not be the ideal forum for individual resolutions. We do hope you use this AMA as a chance to get a deeper level of understanding of the work the team is doing or share user experience feedback that could improve the experience for all our users. Best questions will get a high five and cake from us at the next Ather Community Day!

The Ather app’s iOS issue, characterized by inconsistent synchronization, partial daily updates, and delayed real-time ride data, is expected to be resolved in Stack 6.
Will the Atherstack UI on existing 450s be similar to the one we are seeing on Rizta?
Will users get more flexibility on choosing the ride insights data that we want to see? Currently, different set of users see different data and there’s no way of choosing.
Possible to export ride insight data or view historical data in the app?
After the last update, whenever the app is connected with vehicle the settings in the mobile get changed(e.g. silent mode is changed to ringing). Is there anyway this issue will be resolved in Ather stack 6?
Can we expect AtherStack 6 to be future compatible with upcoming features
As we ware missing out on few which ware promised but never until recently made possible
And pls tell me about us gen 3 users our regen is stronger the before or the same
Will Apex lose it’s theme after the Atherstack 6 update just like Series 1 losing it’s theme after Atherstack 5 update? Or will Apex retain it’s theme and get a light mode theme?
Do we get an option to control regen levels like in cars?
Weather, Battery and motor temperature on speedo, battery health, different themes for speedometer, custom time for optimised charging, pass light using start button.
1.Will there there adjustable regen levels once we get coasting regen on Gen 3?
2.Why is the scooters top speed limited? why is it not limited to max output motor can give as the hardware is capable of doing it
3.Can we see a option to project google maps from phone to dashboard like in himalayan 450 so users can have a sattlelite view and more map features?
4.Is it possible to add a alternative eco mode which prefers topspeed over accelaration,450x Eco still has good power till 40kmph but what if user has option to prefer top speed at even lower power/dull throttle input and slowly accelarating to 80kmph on full throttle to make highway rides easy and maximize range
5.This one is kinda begging than a question,please add a vibrant fullscreen theme for speedometer like the old days,just somehow intigrate wings of power indication in a colorful fullscreen experience or atleast gradient
Thanks for the AMA! I’m lucky to have met Anupam, Sabrina and Suyash at the Fireside Chats for Community Day this year, here are some of my questions that I missed due to time constraints last time out:

You use Edge AI and Cloud data processing from the scooter, so is there anything that expands upon it on Atherstack 6? What current features are enabled through local and cloud processing, and is there anything new in the works?
When is inter-city trip planner coming? What factors are taken into account for inter-city trips, and can you leverage Smart Eco to ensure longer intercity trips remain possible?
Why was the Trip Efficiency indicated removed? The Wh/km reading is very necessary in an EV to know if you’re riding to your expectations, and to also diagnose if the scooter is draining more than usual (dirty belt, low tyre pressure etc).
@smridhi.kalati Will Apex users get a light theme? Can the turn signal volume be increased? It’s too low and barely audible in traffic. In dark mode on Maps, it’s difficult to distinguish route guidance from traffic due to the high contrast.
