Bro they are telling me to leave vechile for 3to4 days then we will tell and also the service center is 65km away from my city and i have told them that see friend has white and mine blue then they telling me donāt compare with other batch vechile and i am telling where i had compared other vechile like ola or bajaj ā¦ iam comparing with Ather only

Useless to leave vehicle for 3/4 days for job which takes 5min to align. Escalate this with Ather Customer Care

Even my Apex and Series 1 are of white colour headlight only. I have never seen Ather headlight in blue colour need to check out how it performs in night.

I have a gen one scooter which has covered 65k. After 27k completed belt breaking started. Until 40k it used to last 3-4K kms. After 47k I have a belt break every month. Sad part is that I didnāt know there is warranty on belt and they were charging me each time and keeping vehicle for 2-4 days for a belt change. I had buy a petrol scooter to manage these gaps which happens every month. During lady breakage I complaint to Ather support and they arranged a gen one belt on warranty. I even booked a Rizta to avoid this problem and now reading reviews even Rizta is getting this issue, I have told them to cancel my booking.

Ather management is smart. They have given a premium scooter management software with a run of the mill scooter. I have doubts about the capacity of the battery on the Rizta Z variant. The battery discharge is managed or simulated to help them honour the battery warranty albeit at the cost of the customer.
They need to give a main stand ASAP. It is difficult ro park in Pune andnother cities. The side stand takes up nearly 60% more space. Other vehicle owners dont care. They can easily damage the side panels while parking taking out their vehicles.
Ather needs to give proper rear foot rest on both sides of the scooter. The inbuilt foot rest is a ledge and quite dangerous for the pillion rider esp on the rainy season with a big chance of their feet slipping and suffering a fall from the scooter.
The acrylic cover above the lcd display satrts rattling within 100Kms.
The eco mode is jinxed. The scooter does upto 60 kmph for the initial 800 meters or so and the suddenly loses speed and settles at 38 kmph. It struggles on average inclines with a pillion. I need to shift to Zip mode to get it moving.
The demo mode is more powerful in both modes. Once we buy the apple it starts looking like a lemon.
Just another glorified tech alike Apple. You pay what they ask not what you deserve.
Everything is an addon.THANK GoD they give a basic vanilla scooter without the In experience pack. You phone does all that for 20k less.

I had similar experience with the same outlet in Puneā¦ although I did not have to wait as long as you had to, but none of the promised delivery dates (yes there were 3 dates committed) were achieved. And they delivered the vehicle without the accessories. whenever I ask, they say they have not received it yet. No proper handovers while delivery- bluetooth still not connectingā¦ not upgraded even onceā¦ they say it will happenā¦ and I will just have to wait. The product is good but the sales and service is really badā¦ I think they want to support sales from other companies like Ola etcā¦

Should be a sport ev bike with a reserve petrol 100cc engine.
