Yes, I agree, I see the same happening very soon in Mumbai as the entire Mumbai city / suburb is serviced from only service location “Sakinaka - Andheri”, I think Ather need to review their service network and fix this on priority.
Due to the location and size of that service centre I have to rather drive down to Thane{a district besides Mumbai} even tho I live in the centre of Mumbai main city region just to get periodic service or any basic service resolution.
Guys i have purchased Ather 450x Hr top model 3.7kwh and in that vehicle the headlight is in blue color mixed with white and also at night very worst visibility and not at all visible of the road and front coming vechile and it should be replaced…
Very worst experience from Ather and not good to buy Ather for other people also… @smridhi.kalati

After the last horrible experience in 10k service, I am really really afraid to give for my 15k service which is due. They almost looted 45k in the name of wrong diagnosis and I was without vehicle for 45 days. This time, planning to give it to a different centre (Jayanagar probably) instead of the nearest one in Marathahalli.
It is high time Ather should not loose the gained fame in the service like this.
Sir for my head light diagnosis they telling me leave ur vechile for 3 to 4 days and the service center is 65km away from mee
The sales got in my city but for service they telling so another city very worst experience from the Ather community 
Headlight adjustment will not take more than 40-45 mins dude
