I have also purchased from WhatsApp link but still warranty is not updated in App, As per message received after payment it will take 60 days to get policy certificate for the same.

After Insurance Renewal Both Insurance Agent and their Website asking us to Wait for 60 Days (Working Days) to get the Insurance Copy 
Then 60 Working Days Approximately (75-80 Normal Days)

Bro mene complaint raise kri ki warranty show nhi ho rhi app mai 8 year 80k wali to jo ye showroom valo ne mujhe EBW bill de dia ab vo keh rhe hai ye hi hai warranty extanded bill or shayad vo app mai update na ho to kya please aap pta lga skte ho ye EBW hai kya kya nhi kyuki puri trah pta inhe bhi nhi

At the time of purchase, the salesperson told me that I get a free 8 years 80k battery warranty, but I didnāt get any document or any type of proof of this warranty in my Ather app. It only shows a 5 year 60k warranty. After my complaint, a customer care person called me from Bangalore and told me I have an 8 years 80k warranty and itās updated on my app at the end of January or after the mobile app update. I got an update yesterday, but it still shows me a 5 years 60k warranty. So I again raised a complaint, and now a local area staff called me and gave me this bill and said to me, āThis is your extended warranty bill.ā I asked them when it shows on my Ather app, does it mean the same as Eighty70 Warranty, but these guys donāt have information about this and told me, āI am only able to give you this EBW Bill, and this other work is for backend, and they are not able to do anything about this.ā So could you use your contacts and find out what is the difference between EBW and Eighty70 warranty? @chef.arun7

Eight70 Stands for 8 Yrs of Battery Warranty and Assured 70% State of Health
For 5 Years or 60,000 KMs Warranty, Which Introduced as EBW aka Extended Battery Warranty also have this Eight70 Kind of Term but It will Called as Five70 (Example by Me, Not Official)
Five70 means Five Years of 70% SoH Battery Health
So Donāt Confuse much bro, Since You got an Invoice for +3 Yrs of Extended Battery Warranty.

Please follow up with the showroom guys, you will get it. I have got mine few days ago along with certificate from Ather. It has also updated in my app.

still havenāt recieved my 8 yr warranty certificate neither does the app show the same what to do customer care isnāt responding since april 6 I was supposed to get it for free in lieu of December offers looks like they donāt want to honour it now anymore

I own an Ather 450S purchased in November 2023.
I had bought the extended 8-year battery warranty, Eight70 on 12 Feb 2025, but still I have neither received the certificate PDF via mail/WhatsApp nor have received update on my Ather android app.
The app still only shows the 5-year warranty validity till 2028 (as I bought the ProPack).
I have received the payment receipt PDF in email so that is proof enough till I received the original certificate from Ather.
I raised a complaint through the Ather app, but have not received any response to it yet.
Itās not a big issue, but if they assure you that the certificate will be received within 60 days, then they should stand afoot on their claim instead of making the customers (who put their trust in your company) go through a frustrating experience for follow-ups.
