I bought my Ather on 28th october 2024 and in my app it still says 5 years warranty for battery and also i found that under cover of my Ather 450x LR is missing What if some small stones fly away from front tyre and scratch my battery? Don’t you guys say warranty is void because of scratch on battery? @smridhi.kalati

Let me too check under my scooter if there is a cover to protect the battery. I purchased it this Nov and the support team and dealer says the invoice is sufficient to claim 8 years / 80K kms warranty

I am unable to upload the under scooter picture but it is similar to the picture you posted. It means there is no battery cover in the latest Gen4 scooters?

Sir i had also contacted company many times and i have also same issue battery cover is not there, motor fan is not there and as told 8yrs battery warranty not given…
I think Ather is doing scam in the parts and all… @smridhi.kalati

Cha, When I wished to Buy 5 yrs or 60,000 KMs EBW - My ODO was 70k KMs
Now I wish to buy this 8 Yrs or 80,000 KMs Warranty EBW - My ODO is 1,05,6xx KMs

I have purchased this 8yr warranty from the WhatsApp link came from Ather Support number, unfortunately I have not yet received the policy. As per last message after payment, it’s says they will take 60 days to confirm it. 
Also contacted the support but get same answer.
who takes 60 days to just extend the warranty from 5yrs to 8 yrs on new 8 months old scooter…

Mujhe koi ye btao jisne abhi tk lia hai kisi ki App mai show hua hai 8 year or 80k vali warranty kyuki meri app mai to abhi tk show nhi ho rha or Ather support keh rhe hai ki jab bhi vo ye warranty app mai show krne ke liye dalte hai kuch technical error a jata hai to age ane vale app update mai ise shi krege

I have Dec 2022 450x gen 3 model and I checked with customer care if I am eligible for purchasing the 8 year warranty option. But they responded that it is only applicable to vehicles purchased on or after July 2024. Could the community manager confirm on the same?

Bhai mujhe to khridne pe hi mili thi Free Ather support se 2 bar baat ho gyi vo kehte hai apki hai 8 year 80k warranty yha show ho rhi hai pr app mai kisi bug ki wajah se technical team update nhi kr paa rhi hai

When They sold me Ather in 2021, That Time their Website was showing 3 Yr Unlimited KMs Warranty for Vehicle too (I have proof) @Rahul living proof
