Just wanted to assure you thats not the case. For the Whatsapp message, we are unfortunately handicapped by restrictions applied by Meta to all whatsapp for business accounts which restrict the number of messages received by you from business accounts/brands. If you are already receiving a ton of whatsapp messages from brands/business in a 24 hour window, Meta automatically holds off on delivering additional ones to reduce spam. Unfortunately, nothing we can do about that except re-trigger the whatsapp messages to these ‘undelivered’ numbers after 24 hours. Noble product feature by Meta, but they obviously did not consider this one specific use case. The email with the missing coupon code is 99% a function of the email client. Could you check on desktop as well and confirm.
If you still aren’t able to access the code via email or don’t receive a re-triggerred whatsapp message by tomorrow afternoon, please raise a support ticket and let our team know. Include a screenshot of this comments with a line that says “Ryan asked me to reach out to you for this code”. We’ll get it sorted out in no time.
