Just wanted to assure you thats not the case. For the Whatsapp message, we are unfortunately handicapped by restrictions applied by Meta to all whatsapp for business accounts which restrict the number of messages received by you from business accounts/brands. If you are already receiving a ton of whatsapp messages from brands/business in a 24 hour window, Meta automatically holds off on delivering additional ones to reduce spam. Unfortunately, nothing we can do about that except re-trigger the whatsapp messages to these ‘undelivered’ numbers after 24 hours. Noble product feature by Meta, but they obviously did not consider this one specific use case. The email with the missing coupon code is 99% a function of the email client. Could you check on desktop as well and confirm.
If you still aren’t able to access the code via email or don’t receive a re-triggerred whatsapp message by tomorrow afternoon, please raise a support ticket and let our team know. Include a screenshot of this comments with a line that says “Ryan asked me to reach out to you for this code”. We’ll get it sorted out in no time.

Tried on chrome Firefox on Android and windows, Safari on mac.. there is no code in email even looked through the source code of the email. There’s nothing in there. This time they have opened to general public on District and what if I don’t get the code before the tickets are sold out. Atleast they should have opened the registration phase wise. First the owners and then to general public. It’s easy to say chill when you are not on the same sinking boat and with life jacket on!

It’s not a concert, I can safely assure you that tickets aren’t gonna run out like in 24hrs or something. 2nd, like Ryan said, email them and you’ll be set in no time.
3rd and final resort, I’ve got the ticket. God forbid they get Metallica level demand - If you don’t get an early bird, you can have mine, it’s transferable. Am kinda 50-50 about going anyway for reasons unrelated to Ather🙂
And finally, Gen1 guy here. Sunk and then swam. Lesson here, Can’t get too invested in stuff like this.

Got my WhatsApp invite WITH CODE today. Wish the emails were reliable without missing out the code. Anyways will making the purchase for ticket and been waiting for this since December 2024!

There is some Network Issues sending Bulk Text Messages to Customers
So Ather will redo it for Sure because They want People to be in the Event too not just empty stage and chairs
So Waiting we have goood enough time for the Event
