The cost of battery replacement that Ather can project today for 2021-22 when the first customers’ battery warranty will be over is ₹35-40K. Ather will share an exact cost when we have some clarity on it. As for the replacement program, Ather is exploring buyback options. However, the fruition of this really depends on how well the energy storage market matures.
