Apparantly they fixed this, and now the chargers shows available whenever it’s on and ready to charge Ather vehicles.
For the question, why does Vida charger shows 3/3 available when there are only 2 guns available, they said it’s because the charger also has a 16A plug as a third point of charging simultaneously, for which there’s third light which I realised just now (glowing blue as it’s not connected in the above image).
Very bad experience at vida charger I was charged for the time my Ather was connected even after charging stopped at 80% soc. When I raised a ticket they are closing saying its third party is it happening at every vida charger or only at the particular one where I charged anyone has experienced this?

This is unfair charges, so technically if I leave my Ather connected overnight I will get a bill for all that time at 1 rupee + tax per min even though solenoid lock is unlocked and anyone can remove the gun and use it. So it’s ₹70.8 per hour and ₹1700 for 24 hrs if I am unable to reach the charger to unplug the charging gun.
Ticket no 01666287, 01672029 same happened at two instances.
Plugged in at 6:15 pm and charging completed at 6:58 pm so I was supposed to be charged 43+18% = ₹50.74 but I was charged ₹105.02 for 89 mins as I have disconnected plug at 7:45 pm so I was charged for 47 mins idle time at same rate even though solenoid was unlocked and anyone could use the charger. This is very unfair practice and Ather can’t escape simple saying it’s third-party charger when payment is through Ather wallet their is no other way to initiate charging for an Ather using a vida charger.
It is an industrial socket you will need a converter like this to use any portable AC charger.
