I thought morph UI is just concept for redux
which just got stack 7 which puts 450 UI on rizta and its laggy af,this looks way heavy
probably due to unconfirmed hardware they are using ipad mini for just UI concepts else no reason from them to devlop the UX on iOS

Shouldāve asked 2 different questions, donāt know whether this reply was for new hardware or optimised software on old hardware.
They should do flat, minimal, clean UI, maps only visible when required. That should atleast lower some load off the hardware. Oh wait, thatās the old UI, lol.

answer is both atp cause new chip is in works as confirmed by few people and Atherās brochure of 450 lineup and Ather confirmed that base android version is getting upgraded
question is will any of the optimisation or upgrade will come to sd212 or not

I donāt even know how to express what Iām feeling. I know that even if I complain, itāll probably be ignored, just like the forced regen issue last time. So Iām posting it here instead.
After the latest update, Gen 3 is completely messed up.
the dashboard is laggy as hell. Indicators take 2-3 seconds to respondā¦?? come on, Ather. I even have a photo where, after coming to a complete stop, the dashboard still showed 7-8 km/h and was lagging like crazy.
The AutoHold section says āpress both brakes to enable AutoHold,ā but it never works.

gen 3 has started feeling really laggy, I even tried using the rizta dashboard on my friendās rizta. And it felt smooth like butter even the 450X has the same processor as the rizta,but still feels really laggy there were even times when my dashboard would lag because bluetooth wasnāt connected once the bluetooth would get connected the lag would reduce. I really hope Ather looks into this

Panaromic Sunroof = Touch Screen display on 450s and Rizta.
For what ? to save 500rs per scooter ? its probably causing them a loss in the short term with software development time wasted for the segmented display.

I had to enquire about speaker warranty and they kept spamming calls to me asking me to respond to my ticket (which I canāt since the app is bugged) canāt believe how dumb Ather has become, just responded to the call with issue resolved as they wouldnāt stop spamming me anyway the speaker somehow came back to life after a week now

There seems to be no coordination between the service, customer support, and escalation teams. I experienced similar issues, and it took nearly two months to get them resolved. Each time I explained my problem to a representative, a few days later another team would call and ask me to explain the same issue again. This cycle continued for two months imagine how frustrating that was. I eventually got fed up and had enough.
Regarding the app, I received an update this morning and the map bug appears to be fixed. Please try updating the app manually and then try again.
