I had booked a test drive for this morning in Hyderabad and arrived at the specified location and there was no one from Ather at the test site.
I waited for about 10 minutes and called the Ather customer service and reported the issue. The lady put me on hold to contact the manager and after waiting fifteen minutes on hold the call got disconnected, adding insult to injury.
I am extremely disappointed with this entire experience with Ather - waste of time and money. Motasim
