@abhishek.balaji when we raised any issue through the app, we are recieving an auto acknowledgement email for the receipt of the issue. However, currently it’s only containing the unique ticket number on email subject but not the actual content on then email body. Can you have the team to look into it modified to have the actual details on the email body much helps us to identify and track the details.
Also, we receive automated email from different id and we don’t have the exact content of email in it. So only way to track the issue and its ticket number is to check and correspond the time and date of email sent and the automated email receipt
