Silent Recall?

From an owner in the New Delhi group. Purchased in Feb, Gen 3.0

Is there a recall? We need transparency!

Oh… Im gen 3 owner too… Maybe they are tracking battery health remotely? Or might be issue with a batch of scooters…

I think this is the case where the water entered inside the battery after riding in heavy rains in some city. Since the scooter is IP67 rated, the company offered to replace it. Not sure if its the same case.

I’m a Gen 3 owner too. Not sure if it’s battery health, and why would they replace it without the customer complaining… anyway he didn’t face any issues with the scooter and its too new for degradation.

I think its an issue with the batch. They should make it public instead of quietly contacting the owners.
