My 450x scooter (2021 model) was not showing any display today morning so I connected charger, thinking that it’s out of charge which it locked happily but nothing else is happening. It’s not charging, not releasing the charging cable, not showing any display, not resetting (soft or hard).
When I turn off the key with charger ON, the headlight flashes once in a while but charger is solid green. Charger shows red light blink occasionally. I have reset charger also.
Overall, it is very bad design that can keep your scooter stuck to wall mounted charger and there is no secondary way to remove it.
Update. Items the charger handle had some lose connection so it was replaced (costed 3400+ to change the handle + towing charges).
The scooter wasn’t turning ON before I put it to charge. When I had put it on charge, it didn’t get the charge (as, according to service centre, the chargeing handle had bad connection with charger). But it locked 
solenoid very faithful and didn’t let it go even when I turned the key to ON as probably it wasn’t charged enough! But it had enough charge to keep headlight flashing occasionally to indicate something.
Nothing makes sense to me but now the scooter is back from service centre and it works fine.
I wish there was a way to detach the handle as it wasn’t charging… I could have used another commerical charger in my apartment.
Hi today same thing was happening to me as well that is the charger keeps getting disconnected latter on I came to understand that I can’t charge it after a long ride because the battery might me too hot to charge that’s why it keeps on getting disconnected…
No buddy thiss is not the problem of your vehicle is not able to charge that means that you might be using extension cord or there is some earthing problem.
Actually you guys can reach out to the solenoid locking mechanism!
It’s just behind the charging Port and floating fairing panel
There is string like mechanism for locking and unlocking this mechanism
