Auto hold works fine but when auto hold is in up the hill it moves backward little bit. Ather team please look into this issue

Hi I am using Ather 450x.after receiving update I am not able to change the modes of ride.i cannot change to economy mode or warp mode.can you help
Try dashboard restart. Maybe it should work.

During the above ride yesterday, there was a strange thing happened on the dashboard. It just shutdown the dashboard software, and came up the dashboard wing in grey color for a few seconds after sometime. I didn’t stop the ride but continued till the destination. Scooter running was NOT affected by this software reboot anyway

@melvin.wilson today I encountered a strange experience. While driving in the morning in the middle of the road display got freeze like the pic above. But the flight was driving normal. Since I was in middle of highway, I was not able to stop… I stopped aside after 500 meters and tried soft reset… it wasn’t working and only showing Ather logo… then after 5 mins of trying reset, then I decided to head back to EC even though I was in middle of a planned trip of 50 kms. Then after presuming drive for a 2 mins, display had come to normal with trip zero very strange experience for me…!!
Thank you I have visited the service centre and the they and done some updates with the software and now dashboard fan issue was solved

There are Ui bugs for the optimized charging. Not able to turn on the optimized button, and in the settings, the button is blinking. While charging the the blue bar at the 80% is not showing, But the charging stopped at 80%

Same issu riding time show in display Ather logo Hang system
I am unable to upload documents since 10 days now on atherstack 5.2. Anyone else facing the same problem? Tried reboot, force restart, placing vehicle in different signal location, reuploading in app, updated app tp version 6.3 via beta, reuploaded but nothing.

Did you get it yet. I picked up 450x Gen 3.1 2 days ago and I am still on 5.1. This sounds very weird that latest scooter don’t have latest update

It’s good u don’t have it it’s not that optimised and worst now.
My dashboard is giving vibration will standing and on. Is anyone having same issue?

Even I have same issue while running and it shows logo then after some time it works it doesn’t stop.but strange.

Yes bro i have visited 2 times, the service centre guys tried a lot with the Bangalore IT team, still problem is not resolved. Still Iam waiting for solving the issue and then only I will show this feature to my friends and family
