Refund not came

It’s since last 10 days I canceled my order and no confirmation yet why so long waiting time

Refund takes a lot of time!

I had requested a cancellation on March 10th via email. They they asked for my details and also sent a link. The refund payment failed twice. I tried with my bank account and then UPI.

I have no idea why the payment fails as there is no detail about the failure. Yesterday (March 26th) they notified that they will send a new link.

I hope this does not drag too much.
