I got registered in dec20 Chengalpet RTO, received rc from Chennai experience center in April21.

For me they aren’t at all calling after several requests through customer care to initiate registration

Visit directly the showroom. Cc doesn’t follow showroom persons. Ask someone near or visiting showroom to check.

You can also call up the customer care. They once checked up with chennai Team and reverted back with the status when I enquired about my RC…
