This is the quality accessories they provide to customers while charging super exorbitant rates. The rubber grip from my side step got lost somewhere since it was just glued with some poor quality glue

If U have that Plastic thing with you, You can claim it under warranty - Plus It’s not a Regular Issue in my Experience

Same thing happened to me also. After rainy season the rubber part is missing. And i have shown to the service center as it has warranty at that time but the service center people ask me to bring the lost rubber in order to get warranty but i dont know the logic. This happens due to quality issue and not customer fault but the service team said you can pay for new one and we will replace it.
Also my accelerator grip also broken (rubber part), i think that one also due to quality issue. I have also asked them to replace that one also but they didn’t.

Yeah…you won’t find the rubber grip part missing anywhere now …I had asked service centre they said it’s not a part it’s an accessory part

Yes, but the accessory has warranty and they should replace it or fix it right. As it is a build issue.
