Can we have a quick toggle between lets say Eco and Sport ( both of which can be set as favourites ). This lets us to quickly shift between modes instead of changing through Eco->Ride->Sport etc…

They already have a switch dedicated for Mode change. With three clicks your Warp from Eco and takes less than 2 secs to go through every available mode.
