This was paid. I see, I thought they might have started this recently.
But as you said it might be that only paid services get invoice on WhatsApp or the app.
Then we’ve to ask for it.

This is depressing to see that Ather service plan has discontinued and that we have to pay for the parts which are so expensive and not available in local market.
My service is going to cost more than my petrol 4 wheeler. Then what is point of believing in Ather since 2015 when I was excited for it to come to mumbai !! I have been driving the vehicle for more than 2.5yrs now. This is costing me more than IC engine vehicle. PLEASE HELP ME OUT WITH THE SERVICE AND THE COST OF IT!!

There are some parts that can be purchased outside.
- Front Brake Pads: Pulsar 200 NS / Dominar
- Rear Disk Pads: Hero Glamour
- Handlebar Grips: TVS Jupiter
- Belts: Any industrial belt shop in your town
- Tyres: Any tyre shop
- Wheel Bearings: Any bearing shop
- Duplicate Keys: Use a Suzuki Access blank and get it cut fro any key maker
- Brake Disks: Definitely shared with some other bike but need to check

God knows what premium quality they are using cuz I dint see that…
everything is far cheaper than last year (would costed 3k more approx) even mirror is like 200rs cheaper compared to when bought in december 2022
also you should have just got the floor side cap painted or just not replace it if didn’t have any damage on it,250rs for it is absurd.

Headlight Assy alone Costs 5k + Front Mudguard
I think 6 to 6.5k

Didn’t you claim these charges under insurance ?
Does anyone know the cost of the rear mudguard that also holds the number plate? it broke after a vehicle hit me from behind when i was stopped on a red signal. Official service centre is quoting 3.5k to 4k for the part and additional labour charges. For now my dad has done a workaround solution and has tied it.
