Ownership Experience

Thanks Arvind, this really helps.
I was thinking that if I juice it up from let’s say 70-80 for no reason, I would be loosing a charge cycle and it would not be recommended.

Plug in when ever possible and forget it.
When the charge is above 80, it take more time to juice up than usual but you still get something in those 30-40 mins…

Got it. Thank you very much Ayan

Has anyone noticed the charge not dropping overnight, if charged to 95%? I charged the vehicle to 95% for 3 days consecutively and in the morning it was still 95. I charged it to 96 once and it reduced to 95 by morning.

I’ve noticed larger battery losses when the charge is at around 80% but at around 90% and above it’s comparatively lesser I think.

I too had same experience, if you start riding 0.5 km. Battery percentage will reduce.

In my vehicle, 90% charge retained 2 days of ideal time, after I travelled 0.5 km, percentage got changed from 86%

Next time, try to ride bike for few kilometer without charging and keeping bike in ideal time so that percentage changes you can experience.

Do any of you suffering for hesitation from motor when you apply full throttle like it will start to accelerate after 2 to 4 sec after throttle is applied ?

The first 10kmph is controlled throttle, and then the G forces kick in. This is sports mode though

Yes. You’re right. It hesitates a bit

Wow that too in sports mode!

I think that the motor is programmed to resist the instant torque.
Else the tyre will definitely spin…

Is this same even in test drive vehicles?but those vehicles used to accelerate without any hesitation right ?

I didn’t ride any test vehicle… So no comments!

Same here, let me know the fix or cause

It was the sound coming from number plate, the screw was loose.

No… It’s the same in test drive vehicles… From standstill, if you apply full throttle, there will be an hesitant for 1 to 2 secs, after that it zoooomz

Thx then it is not issue with vehicle it is designed in that way. But feels weird why they choose this way instead of providing instant acceleration for which electric vehicles are known for.

The initial torque is significantly limited to provide a smooth riding experience, unlike other EVs with jerky movements.

Linear delivery instead of gut punching feel.

Ya I hope they do give us the option of disabling this limiter in a “ludicrous” mode.

Doubtful because they have already proritized smooth riding versus instant power delivery.
