I am sure you have read the new stricter recall norms announced by the government this week.
This should be read in context of how in countries where such strict recall regulations already exist, dashboard issues and indicator issues have been declared as safety hazards previously and auto manufacturers have been forced to recall in thousands and pay hefty fines.
In light of these, all it takes is 600 disgruntled owners proactive enough to report dashboard and indicator issues of any existing 2-wheeler on the new government portal starting April 1…
