New LFP battery pack on Ather Rizta 2.7

Why is this still held being a secret ? Customers are furious thinking they got the inferior when in reality they got the much better model.

The marketing team missed an opportunity to make this a key product highlight.

Just just brought Rizta s November 1st week. After this reading post I checked my bill for my battery capacity it’s so 2.7 kilowatt. I initially thought battery capacity was 2.9 but the usable capacity 2.7 is only mentioned on my bill.

I also check it on my registration certificate my bike weights 125 kg . In showroom no one told about LFP battery. I am not 100% sure LFP battery.hope I it’s a LFP battery and also I not having any issues because of initial adaptation.

NMC Rizta - 119 KGS. — 2.9 kwh

LFP Rizta - 125 kgs——2.7 kwh

LFP batteries less power to weight ratio than NMC batteries. Because of that weight increase instead of lower capacity

They also reduced ground clearance by 1.5 cm in 2.7 kwh variant.

Even though it’s had less ground clearance ,it doesn’t scrap on speed breaker ( even when carring load75 kg ) .

I Rizta s without pro pack only runs on zip mode

( rengen working)

45 - 50 kmph with soft acceleration it’s range- 90

55 - 60 kmph range- 85

40 kmph limit - range 95. but hard to maintain 40 kmph with 22 nm torque.

I wonder how it performs now at below 20% since LFP is weaker in density and output at low charge levels most cars go into limp mode

Below 15 % bike feels like 75% of power.

10% - 50% of power

same as NMC

LFP has no buffer so technically LFP 2.7 will get more range than 2.9 NMC, but the higher weight probably balances it out.

But in store they are not saying this LFP
