Same here. No stats available to view.
I don’t think this is because of the App update - my iOS update did not come through and still see the same message. I think the ride stats are not showing up at all.
Same here. Guys, its fine if the app doesn’t work for a few days. you can pull it down, completely work on it and push it back again. Take your time. But stable updates shouldn’t be buggy.

Guess ride statistics fetch results from thr database. So app doesn’t do anything here.

If statistics are in database and not showing in app, then its bug in app
after riding 1000+ kms the app is suggesting me to go take my first ride

Agreed Raghav.
App looks better with just the icons. However I still think the 4 icons at the bottom can be reduced to 3 by some rearrangements

@ everyone facing this issue - Hate to see this happen. We’ve raised this with the team and will find a fix soon. That this has come on the day of the new app update is coincidental. The next time such a thing happens, simply report an issue through the profile section of the app, and a ticket will get generated and tracked by us.

just an input
everyday before first ride (my dad goes to pick milk from booth which is 3km away) app shows blank
and when my dad returns it shows that ride along with previous days rides which are saved
hope above helps to fix the issue (may be app need a triger from bike to pop-up data)
@Abhishek If you shoutdown previous day night before 7 min it will consider next day first ride as part of before shutting down part.
Make sure u wait for 7 min so to avoid mixing of multiple ride.
i never use shutdown
till date i shutdown only once after i got my bike to check what is the benefit i get in terms of loos - after that test i havent
anyways lets see what Ather will find the actual bug is!
