I unenrolled already… Some thing to do with my profile only I guess
Did you login thru social network? as in did you login with FB or G+ when you created the account?

I had the same problem. I unenrolled from the beta program. Then reinstalled. After that I had a problem with login. A week back, it became proper again. I have no idea how.
Always thru G+
It works as long as it works… one fine day, it ll start showing Loading screen forver…
But, all these started since a week or 10 days

I’m using G+ too. I have no issues. And there hasn’t been any updates to the app in 10 days. Not sure whats wrong

Yeah not app. Could be Some thing specific to my profile or account which is causing issues while sync

Same thing happens with me too.
I am having whole lot of issues with my Vehicle with respect to network issues off late and thereby the issue in the app with the ride statistics and current charge details etc. I already have tried shutting down the vehicle and starting it again but that did not help. I tried with the reset option as well and of course that did not help either. My current home location where the vehicle gets parked is having less network but almost all other time in the day it remains in a full network area, but still the app does not get synced and the ride statistics do not get updated.
Even though in a area where there is full network the vehicle network symbol shows a cross against the tower and not sure what is the reason. This is been happening since 5th July and under the assumption that this could be a network issue, I have not reached out. But now after 4 days when I still have the issue despite several trials. And the app works horrible than ever. On my phone it gets signed out every time and I have to login again and again. Ride statistics not syncing network not working, app sync not working, app signing out every time. Not sure whats up. Please fix this urgently. Horrible Vodafone network and along with these all the things adding up to a very frustrating experience now. @AtherTeam Please update on the email that I had sent, and fix the issue with respect to network and app urgently.

I might be the only one who is getting the least efficiency at the moment because of my highway riding pattern to my clinic which is always on full throttle and at 91 kmph top speed…!

I used to get horrible efficiencies before. But after starting to get tyre pressure checked every week, the efficiency is much better; ~36 Wh/km when I’m a little aggressive, and 27 when I’m in zen mode.

Its more like a distance to 'E’mpty range for me. Meaning I will never ever use that mode. It will be my last resort.

E is for Eco mode , which will be coming in OTA update soon
