This is 2nd time facing.
1st time logged complaint and was concluded by service team that no chance of water seepage and need to replace new touch. We told not required. It got evaporated by self.
Yesterday again happened and want to make this to be escalated to R&D team as all calls which we make may not reach them through Service call center
