iOS app issue

Can anybody tell me how to start a topic or a thread of discussion?

I can reply to a topic or reply when a thread is started but can’t start one.

I use Apple so IOS app.

Parallel to you message , I received a message from ‘system’ that I was promoted to level 2.

So now I am seeing an icon you showed to create the post. Not tried yet but will do so.
