I am not able to switch to Smart Eco mode now. It is stuck on zip mode.
I am also owner of Rizta. issue #1: not noticed initially, but yes it is showing Ather450x to me as well.
issue #2: not yet put my Rizta in charging after update. I will check this for sure tomorrow morning as it is a big issue.
issue #3: Not happening to me. Initially after update, it went to Zip Mode. but I am a able to change it back to Smartecho.
My biggest worry is range prediction as it is only showing 1km now.
I don’t know how to fix this issue!!!
probably glitch in that screen only. In my case the dashboard shows correct range.
I also noticed that after update the network signal is gone. No network in the scooter anymore. even restarted the scooter but no luck.
Are facing the same issue?
No I am not facing that Issue. I saw all network bars on screen.
They really messed up the scooters with the buggy update. I hope there won’t be any issue with my commute tomorrow.
Are you sure? I can see there is no network at all in the charging photo you shared.
I didn’t paid attention to network when I clicked that photo but I restarted my scooter after that and I saw full network. But that could be for few seconds maybe. Because App is not syncing with the scooter so It could be because of the no network.
I will check again tomorrow in the morning and will post here.
Ather messed up very badly with the software update. No signal, not able to switch to eco mode, always in zip mode but performance is like eco mode, reverse mode not working, Bluetooth connectivity shows 450X.
Successfully updated to latest version , although it shows 450x when connected to Bluetooth and signal has gone now . Can this be fixed or scooter needs to be taken to SC?

After the latest update, there seems to be some issue with the network or maybe app but the scooter and phone app is not syncing since then.
Reverse Mode is not working as well. It is working on my friend’s Rizta after the update, but his phone is also not syncing with the scooter.

Saw the comments, will have to check the Network bar will confirm after some times.
Scooter is also updated or the update is still pending.
If it’s updated, try restarting the scooter. Worked for me.
If not then wait for the scooter’s software update

The update came on while I was driving for some work. Reached home and updated and then had a 9km ride.

As expected Update was ready to be installed in morning. I initiated the update 15 mins earlier. So far all smooth. I have network , Bluetooth enabled( Rizta showing as 450x). Did 30 k ride and no issues noticed so far.
